Sustainability initiatives
With “environmental friendliness, sustainable operations” included in our corporate philosophy, Toyo Shinyaku aims to provide sustainable values to customers and society while providing a business model that focuses on sustainability in every aspect of the all-around contract manufacturing of health foods and cosmetics and minimizing the impact on the environment.
We put emphasis on contributions to the global environment and social responsibilities and make efforts to always minimize the impact on the environment at all stages from development to the provision of products and services. We establish good relationships with local communities and contribute to the development of local areas through CSR activities.
Environmental friendliness
We strive to protect the global environment and biological diversity and operate businesses thatcontribute to a sustainable society.
1.Reduction of CO2 emissions
We work on the reduction of the CO2 emitted in the manufacturing process. We also consider shifting to a manufacturing method that uses less energy and switching to and introducing renewable energy.

2.Reduction and recycling of waste
We fulfill our corporate social responsibilities by controlling the negative impact on the environment through appropriate waste disposal. We also work on the recycling of waste that is generated in the manufacturing process and aim to reduce waste.

Consideration for human rights, labor, and safety and hygiene
Toyo Shinyaku respects basic human rights and operates the businesses in consideration of the working environment and safety and hygiene in accordance with the provisions of the “Toyo Shinyaku Group Charter on Corporate Behavior”.
Relationship with society
We strive to respect the human rights of all the people involved in corporate activities and never allow child labor and forced labor in any country. We also never discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, religion, belief, and gender.
Relationship with employees
